Shipping & Returns FAQ
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Here are some steps to help you:
– Double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email.
– Give it a bit more time as delivery scans can sometimes precede the actual delivery by 1-2 business days.
– Ask neighbors, housemates, or check nearby areas for your package.
– Look for an attempted delivery notice in your tracking link.
– If needed, contact UPS or USPS and start a claim with your tracking number.
Most missing packages are located within 2 days of delivery. If you’ve tried all these steps and still can’t find your package, please email us at heyivy@violetandivywellness.com, and our dedicated customer service team will assist you promptly.
After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shipping time depends on order volume and inventory, but once your shipping label is generated, you’ll get a tracking link for the most accurate delivery timeframe.
We use both UPS and USPS for shipping, and the carrier is determined based on your order. For all US orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping.
Selecting Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air, etc., affects only the delivery speed once it leaves our facility. Please note that it doesn’t expedite the packing process.

Soon! In the near future, we will offer international shipping via the US Post Office, including First Class and Priority options. Keep in mind that international shipments may experience delays in customs, and duty taxes might be due upon delivery, depending on your country.
If our products weren’t the right fit for you, we’re sorry to hear that. You can return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, minus shipping charges. To initiate a return, email us at heyivy@violetandivywellness.com with your order/invoice number and reason for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, with at least 60% of the product remaining in the original container. Refunds are issued once we receive the products, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please securely package returns to avoid any loss or damage during transit.
